Meet the Company...

Our reparatory company of professional actors can bring any theatrical production to life weather it is already scripted or not!  Classically and improv trained, no project is too big or too small for this team and they thrive in making any production something special to remember!  In addition to performing our regular series of murder mystery shows at venues across Central Florida our Company specializes in developing custom entertainment productions.  If you need entertainment for your event reach out to us and let's see how our team can create Something New just for you.

The Ensemble

Larger than life characters bringing larger than larger than life characters to life!

Jim Quinlan*

Founder

A New England native, Jim started Something New Studio on March 1, 2020.  Right... great timing.

Jim has performed in theatres across the US in both traditional stage roles as well as improv performances.  Jim now makes his home outside Orlando FL where he has performed with Walt Disney World, The Titanic Dinner Gala Experience,  Disney Cruise Line, SAK Comedy Lab and many local and regional theatres.  Prior to moving to FL, Jim performed regularly with Sitcom Boston and the Speed of Thought Players as well as Theatre IV in Richmond VA.  Jim holds a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Richmond  and has trained with Second City and SAK Orlando.

Coco Robicheiux

Coco, a veteran cast member with Something New Studio, has studied the art of short-form and long- form improv since the tender age of 15. She was a founding member of The Improvisors at Louisiana State University; and has since continued the art of “yes and-ing” in Orlando with her old troupe, the Kinda Funny Kinfolk. She enjoyed an extensive career with the Walt Disney Company, in such performance jobs as Entertainment Host with Disney Cruise Line, and tour guide and public speaker with Adventures by Disney. Her dream man is her 5 year old furball pup named Walter; and her best talents are accents and sarcasm.

Adam Cornett

Mild-mannered software developer by day, Adam leans into his wilder/creative side for performances. A veteran of 25+ plays and musicals on Central Florida stages since 2007, Adam loves nothing more than to make an absolute fool of himself for a character. The most fun he has is when things go a little bit "off" and everyone is just making it up as we go along and holding on for the ride. Whether it's "murder", improv, drama, comedy or musical --- he's always asking "What's next?"

Rebecca Pebble

Rebecca Pebble has been improvising since 2016 with formal improv training at SAK Comedy Lab in Orlando. She has degrees in Theatre from Bowling Green State University and Stetson University. You may have seen her in local commercials as well as the Lockbusters Escape Room. You can find more about her (including her YouTube channel where she continues to entertain) at www.rebeccapebble.com

Alyssa Hricko

Alyssa is an actor from New Jersey. She studied theater at Adelphi University and Classical Acting at LAMDA. She’s played numerous roles in Shakespearean plays across the country. Her favorite role she has been privileged to play  was a female Hamlet. She has always loved making people laugh and got introduced to improv and interactive comedy doing various shows at the New York Renaissance Faire. She does voiceover work for locals commercials in the North East, and in her free time loves to enjoy a good book.

Mark Miller*

Jessica Guiffrie

Christian Perkins

None of Christian's castmates understand why he is a vegan, but somehow they like him anyway!  A regular in the Lake County Community Theatre scene Christian loves to believe that he is less talented than he really is - hey, that way winning is always a surprise!  Christian would like to thank Jim Quinlan for writing his bio as Jim has been waiting for years for Christian to put one together!

Morgan Howland-Cook

Morgan has been a member of Something New Studio since 2021 and has been performing in Orlando for over 10 years. She received her B.F.A in Performance from Florida International University and can be seen in productions all over central Florida. Some of her favorites have been The Titanic Dinner Gala, Assassins, The Full Monty and Blood Brothers. Working in real estate for over 15 years, she loves selling homes during the day and being a pirate/singer/goddess/elf at night! From musicals to escape rooms, historic improv to murder mysteries, you never know where you'll see her next!

Andre Provincher

Debbie Sussman

By day Debbie is a Mount Dora History Tour Guide…on Segways! By night she takes people on guided walking ghost tours and haunted pub crawls. That is when she isn’t being accused of murder!.

Having spent over 20 years in Entertainment with Walt Disney World and a Central FL stage veteran you may have seen Debbie even when you didn't realize it!  However once you know her you will NEVER forget her.

T E  Young

Debi Wood

A former Teacher, and Social Worker, Debi is thrilled to retire and spend more time with an audience. She has been on Central Florida professional and community theaters, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Renaissance Festivals, and stand-up comedy stages for over 20 years (and over 20 years on Southeast Michigan stages). A professional Mrs. Claus and former Owner of Spotlight Dinner Theatre, she has a BA in Theater Arts from Madonna University and graduate studies in theater administration from Wayne State University-Detroit. But she's mostly trained by the "Stage of hard knocks".

Robert Iberg

Kylie Q

As the youngest member of Something New's Professional Ensemble Kylie loves holding her own with our most seasoned improvisors! Many times when one asks... "who is that mysterious yet very short man with a moustache..." the answer will be Kylie.  Kylie is also a founding member of the SNS Kids Drama Club and has performed with multiple theatres across the area.  Favorite stage roles include : Emma Borden in Lizzie Borden of Fall River, Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Miss Scarlett in Clue.

Marty McIsaac

Born and raised in Boston and only a recently relocated to Florida. From product spokesperson to WWE villain Marty has performed in various cinema, television and theatre productions including but not limited to: PNC Bank, Meineke Muffler, J.G.Wentworth, The Heiress, Love Letters and Monday Night Raw
